OCF is built by community, for community — and our volunteers are at the heart of it. From welcoming guests and supporting speakers to helping with site operations at the iconic Loggers Sports Grounds, volunteers play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.

If you care about conservation, the outdoors, and bringing people together, we’d love to have you on the team. Volunteers receive behind-the-scenes access, hands-on event experience, and the chance to be part of something new that makes a real impact.

General Expectations:

Must be 16+
-
Commit to at least one full shift
(6–8 hours) -
Attend virtual or in-person volunteer briefing

Follow direction from team leads and event management
-
Represent OCF professionally and respectfully
-
No drug or alcohol use while on shift
Physical Requirements:
-
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Able to lift and carry 10–30 lbs (equipment, signage, supplies)

Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Comfortable working in a crowded environment
Team & Conduct:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Willingness to help wherever needed
