Vendor Applications

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Outdoorsmen & Conservation Festival.

OCF is a multi-day outdoor festival bringing together the hunting, conservation, and outdoor recreation community for education, entertainment, and live music in a festival atmosphere.

​

We are seeking food and merchandise vendors who align with the values of conservation, community, and responsible outdoor recreation.

​

Vendor Types

We are currently accepting applications for:

• Food & Beverage Vendors

• Merchandise & Retail Vendors

• Conservation & Outdoor Industry Organizations

​

Space is limited and applications will be reviewed based on fit, quality, and overall event balance.

​

Fees & What’s Included

Vendor fees: $250 per 10'x10' 

​

Fees typically include:

• Vendor space for the full event

• Vendor passes for staff

• Access to basic services as available on site​

​

Additional services such as power, water, or special access must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed.

​

Basic Requirements

All vendors must:

• Hold appropriate business licenses and permits

• Carry minimum $5,000,000 liability insurance naming the event and venue as additional insured

• Follow all local health and safety regulations

• Operate only within approved product categories

• Accept card payments

Food vendors must obtain all required health authority permits prior to the event.

​

Setup, Operation & Tear Down

• Vendors must arrive during assigned load-in times

• Vendors are expected to operate for the full duration of event hours. Limited participation (e.g., Saturday only) may be considered upon request and must be approved in advance.

• Early teardown or late departures may result in penalties or loss of future vendor opportunities​

Exact schedules and access instructions will be sent to approved vendors.

Code of Conduct

OCF is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, staff, and vendors.

​

Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

​

Application & Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved vendors will be contacted directly with next steps, contracts, and payment details.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by organizers. No subleasing permitted. ​
